Sunday Pitt Basketball Poll 5/24/20!!

Decided to put it up a little early.

I have wondered about this, and I am leaning towards yes. Brandin has spent a lot of years as an assistant and you would seem to think that eventually the stars would align and he would come back to Pitt as the head coach down the road. Once Capel leaves of course.

Maybe it's not realistic but who knows, maybe 4 years, 7 years, 10 years down the road we'll have an opening and Brandin will get his shot here.

Or maybe not. Thought it would be a fun question for the board.

Why is that? Do you think that if Capel leaves in 5 years (or whatever time frame you want to pick) that our next head coach is likely to be our top assistant, either at the time or someone who held that position and then left to coach elsewhere? Why would you think that?
