What are defenders supposed to do really? OSU #55 Williams just got tossed for it.

Lower their helmet and hit with the crown of their helmet to the other guy's helmet and get tossed and miss the first half of the next game?

Or not lower their helmet and hit facemask or forehead of the helmet to the other guy's helmet and get tossed and miss the first half of the next game?

Or try to lead with their shoulder and get spin moved or juked?
