TE next year?

Griffin-Stewart and Gragg are leaving. Carrigan couldn't beat out those 2 and was a lightly recruited player and all signs point to him not being a regular contributor. Do we have another TE on the roster. I said a few times Matthews should have played 4 games then redshirted this year to play TE next year.

Do we go back to Rutgers for another grad transfer TE?

They have to look for a transfer or juco. Good news is that the spot should be much more desirable from a recruiting stand point as they can show prospective guys that they can get a bunch of touches

I looked at BC roster and they have 8 TE’s, granted perhaps 1 or 2 or 3 etc. may be non ship but that would still leave 5 and at Pitt we have none.

One of their best TE's didn't play against us and they still looked like they had good ones. Narduzzi commented in his pregame presser how they have TE's coming out of the......

Kyi Wright had a decent offer list but yeah, we 100% also need a JUCO or Grad Transfer TE in the worst way.

It is concerning that there is not one TE in this 2020 class when it is a position of glaring need. Even more concerning is the fact that only 2 or 3 of the 25-30 TEs we offered in this class remain uncommitted. That’s hard to fathom.

So, if we write off Grant Carrigan, this means that our TE next year will be Kyi Wright, a 6'2 RS FR HS QB from Farrell who never played TE?
