Just prior to the scheduled kickoff of East Carolina at Temple, one of the Temple players was reportedly experiencing signs of Covid, and has been rushed to TU Hospital for a rapid test. The game is on hold pending results of that test. If positive, the game will be canceled.

Updated report on that. The girlfriend of the unidentified player has tested positive, so the player is being tested out of an abundance of caution. Scenario of possible game cancellation is still alive.
