Yes...no doubt. You can screen the receiver in college and don't have to turn around. NFL not so much. He made a good effort and there was not that much contact.
The kick in the nuts is in other ACC games refs have allowed a lot more contact and don't call it.

Really bad officiating so far. Clemson has gotten every big call.
