How do we fill Heinz Field regularly is not something Pitt has very much control in doing outside of winning at Alabama/Clemson/Ohio State rates. As I have said for years, the admin's primary focus should be how to make 40K people at Heinz Field feel full. That's all Pitt is going to get for eternity so how can we maximize what we have at Heinz Field?
