You’re right JGregor, he made that comment because he wanted to keep the numbers artificially low. After all, that has to be why he placed restrictions on China travel as well. Same for Europe. But he didn’t want them to be too low so he didn’t put restrictions on UK travel at the same time.

Yes, Trump likely misstepped over the past 2 months. He also did some things right that people advised him against. No one is going to bat .1000 as it’s not every day he and his team have had to deal with pandemics like this. Especially since China was lying to us and the world the whole time about covid.
Now China is throwing our NYT, WSJ, and WaPo journalists out of their country and arresting their docs. Will you have anything critical to say about the Chinese Communist party? Or will you continue to find faults with your President?
