...we are more than capable of still making the Tourney. We are not a terrible team. It's just that we struggle against teams that know our system. Especially the better teams in our own League.
And Jamie tries to insist that his system & coaching will allow us to beat teams w/ more talent at the guard position as long as they do exactly what he demands of them.
Our D has not been awful, especially when we keep good teams in the 60's. It's our offense that if shooting well from the perimeter to start a game it opens up our team passing for easy cut's to the basket. But we have to shoot well & when JRob is shooting below 30 % w/ no threat to breakdown his man for easy scores we struggle.
Every game we have lost was to a very good basketball team. Now I'm not saying we will even win 1 game if we get to the Tourney but we do have a better than 50% chance from where we stand at this point.
We need to win each & every game we should win & pull 1 or possibly 2 games we will not be favored to win. We have players that are capable of playing at a higher level but they need to find a grove real soon. We will have more than our share of opportunities to play in high profile games. What are we gonna do ???
