The fact that Pitt should win...

...makes me nervous. Just because they beat Clemson/PSU doesn't mean we can assume victory. Struggled against Virginia and Marshall for a half each, gave up 61 pts to Syracuse too. We know.

I really don't know what to expect. I wouldn't be shocked by Pitt blowing them out, Pitt losing, it being a nail biter... It's not like Pitt has had the best track record in bowls lately either, let's hope this year is different. Getting this 9th win is important.

Bowl games are always scary. Did the team actually prepare? Are they interested in the game?

Positive: they want to send JC out a winner on a national stage
Negative: does Canada actually care or is he already checked out and mentally at LSU

We saw how PITT finished last year in the bowl game. The team didn't look interested on either side of the ball. I think that changes today with Conner, Price, Biz, DJ, etc. getting this team ready to go.

Can't come out as flat as Washington State, Temple or Boise State did yesterday. Two teams lots thought would win.
