There are many valid reasons to not be too upset if Dixon leaves as well as valid reasons to want him to stay.. I see both sides and it is definitely debatable. One excuse I see often and just cant understand is the fear of failure.. I see a lot of people saying "do you remember the Willard days?" Yes, I do, hell I think I may have even said the same thing (when Pederson was still ad) but I find this a terrible line of reasoning.. You cant fear failure as a reason to not want change..

If you like Dixon then great, I actually like him too. You want him to stay because you think he can turn this thing around then great, he very well could.. But accepting mediocrity because you don't want to be a bottom dweller is a very poor excuse.. We are not at the level we want to be, even Dixon says this. Maybe he created the high expectations but they are what they are and we are not hitting those expectations..
