It sounds like Pitt has pulled back a bit in its pursuit of Maryland WR transfer Juwann Winfree. He still hasn't scheduled a visit, and the latest I've heard is that Pitt has told him they are still evaluating his situation - as well as their own scholarship board - to decide if they want to give him a spot.
It also sounds like Winfree is considering a year - or at least one semester - of junior college as a possibility now. Pitt is still in contact with him, but at this point, it seems like things are trending toward him not getting an offer. It sounds like that is the case with most of the other schools he is/was considering as well. One of those schools might offer, but at this point, they're all telling him to be patient.
