Look, I know he is a local guy, but come on. The guy has a history of cheating, and dirty programs. There is another fluff piece in the post gazette about him today.

Boy, does the pittsburgh media know how to choose their heroes. Cal, paterno, cook writes fluff about James Harrison. Yet funnily enough I don't remember fluff pieces about revis last year in the Super Bowl..a guy who seems like an overall good citizen and a pitt/aliquippa product.

Re: Me thinks the paranoia, insecurity, ......

jealousy and inferiority complex of some Pitt fans is more disgusting. The FF games take place today with Cal's team heading in with an unbeaten team, it is not ridiculous that there may be an article about him in the Pittsburgh paper.

Re: Me thinks the paranoia, insecurity, ......

Jealousy? Sorry, cal could win a title at pitt and I wouldn't want him. It has been a month long slobber fear of cal. He was on the fan 2 weeks ago and cook was practically having an orgasm.

Just curious why some think that not supporting Calipari is because of jealousy or an inferiority complex.

Re: Me thinks the paranoia, insecurity, ......

That sounds like what we heard from Psu fans for years...that since we didn't like paterno, we were jealous.

129, Winner

Similar to the Harbaughs..

Re: Me thinks the paranoia, insecurity, ......

Did anybody ever vacate any of the Harbaughs' title appearances?

Well Cal is the coach who is the number one coaching story in the country right now. His team is poised to become the first team in 39 years to go undefeated. And he is from Moon.

So yeah, I see why the local media should shun him.

Re: Me thinks the paranoia, insecurity, ......

Not supporting Cal is one thing. Thinking the local Media should be shunning him is another thing all together.

I might not agree 100% with the OP, but I understand where he is coming from. I didn't read either article, but about a week ago, Cook wrote about how beloved Cal was by his players. Now today there is another piece on him praising him.

I was pulling for the history of an undefeated season

But Coach Calipari cost his team by pulling them out of their offense up by 4... Wisconsin was looking defeated but a couple late in the shot clock heaves brought them right back.

Huge props to Wisconsin and Coach Bo!!

Nothing particularly for or against Calipari. But always happy when boy rapist worshipper Cook looks (further) like the idiot POS he is.
