1/10/25 Thursdays morning pitt according to Chris, to me what I got out of it was that the Pitt coaches are settling for numbers over quality, I understand that Chris doesn’t speak for the coaches, but just maybe? what do you think?

I still think they are short at DE and OL. Jim made the comment on the livestream about Pitt needing to have about 8-9 OL for the spring and it would be good if we didn't initially know the starting five. Well, Bear-Gouveia-Cooper-Williams-Stanley. Gouveia is obviously the big unknown and maybe someone challenges him. They don't even have a playable third tackle on the roster currently. Still need OL.

Well I watched it and Peak clearly agrees they need more offensive lineman out of the transfer portal. Especially with CJ James no longer an option.

Yes definitely OTs, they are shopping at aldi’s and Ollie’s ya know “good stuff cheap” and not the expensive stores. You get what you pay for. Seems like they are taking what ever from the portal to add to the OL numbers.

Stanley could be decent. I don't know what the deal is with William Reed or Rahtrel Perry if either are still in play. Once the WCU transfer committed to OU they didn't seem to really have any other options.
If Bear or Stanley get hurt it's gonna be a repeat of this year and the IOL depth isn't much better losing Collier and Jacoby.

The people who aren’t pitching into NIL are the problem. If you want better players, then you need boosters to pitch in more $$$.
