The most realistic way Capel gets fired

This team doesn't win many ACC games (which is extremely probable) AND Femi + Hugley transfer. I think if they return + Mintz actually comes here, that's enough to save the $3 million and let him have 22-23. But if he loses Femi and Hugley, and the odds of that are probably 50/50, Heather wouldn't have a choice as that would mean just about every good player he's gotten to come here would have transferred so there would be absolutely no faith that Capel can retain talent.

What about if he starts jawing at opposing students about paying their players? We should probably consider inserting plants at all future road games in hopes of inciting such a verbal conflict.

I will say this. If this season goes the way it seems it will… there is ZERO percent chance Femi Odukale is playing for Pitt next year. Not 1 percent, not 10 percent. ZERO.
