The one win rule no longer applies in the ACC

This has been mentioned in several posts below and it is NOT correct. Only ND is affected by the one-win rule, though it won't apply this year most likely because ND already has 10 wins and most likely will be in the NY6 bowls.

Check out the ACC bowl guide, page 24 (bottom right), it states the 1-win rule no longer applies to ACC bowl selection order.
