They Who We Thought They Were

I am usually on this message board defending the team and Narduzzi and talking many off the ledge.

I know we are playing a top ten team that undefeated last year but we should be a top 35 team that can at least make a game of it. We should not be getting embarrassed regularly under a fourth year HC.

I am totally convinced that there is an issue with the defense is not working. And honestly it does not matter why. It might be talent, it might scheme, it might be something else. Narduzzi has his guys and it is it working, something has got to give.

After the first few years, I kept saying wait until he gets his guys. Now he has his guys, what is the excuse? Especially on defense.

History has proven Narduzzi won’t change. I don’t know how many more times I can hear that the scheme works when everyone does their job.

Well Pat, either you and your coaches are failing with teaching the scheme or your players are too dumb to figure it out. Every player over the past four years. Second statement is not likely.

I just don’t understand the stubbornness of some coaches. How many times do you have to get burned before you try something different.

It just baffles me.
