The whole thing baffles me. So a consulting firm at the forefront of DEI claims, with vague and faulty methodology, that Dei is a strength and companies with higher diversity in leadership roles results in a 39% more liklihood of outperforming their financial goals. These claims have never been proven, but companies took it as gospel and they then decided to subscribe to the DEI religion.Has anyone asked anyone in Hungary if they are threatened? Orban is trying to keep Hungary, Hungarian and not let it become overrun with African and Muslim migrants which is bringing down the quality of life and all that has been touted in other European countries.
One thing I think we are learning.....other than in food and sport, Diversity is not a strength.
Make it make sense. How is diversity a strength? Smart people, people with leadership qualities, and go getters are a strength. Hire based on those qualities, not XX chromosomes, not bedroom behaviors, and not melanin levels in the skin.
We’ve lost our minds…for the sake of virtue.
