jamie has thru the years been a Pitt man, carried us to heights we didn't think possible, but his time has come to an end. His inability to recruit, or close a recruit, has caused Pitt to be undermanned, year after year. His style of play is not conducive for play to top NBA hopeful recruits. There is a great segment of HS players who just don't want to play for the guy, and it seems some on the team now. The man can coach, that's for sure, but if they finish the season on that downward spiral, is it time to send feelers to Archie Miller, or how about Jay Wright? Pitt and the ACC, has to be attractive to Coach Wright, he is making $2.2M so we should be able to pay him with a respectable bump in pay. The man can recruit, he can coach, and in my mind not a reach by any means.
