I agree, however I think the 9 seeded team led by Lamar and Talib is VERY underrated by our fan base. We deserved a significantly higher seed that year and killed it in our first round game. It was unfortunate to run into Florida in the 2nd round who was a 1 seed that year or I believe we were a sweet 16 team.

The Lamar-Talib team was really good. I thought they were a top 15 or so team by the end of the season and just ran into the #1 overall seed that year.

This team is deeper, no question.
