Even if that were true.... Gotta play for improved seeding. If that is even close to where Pitt is on the bracket right now, they are lock even without another win, probably wouldn't even fall to Dayton.
No question, and I don't necessarily think Palm is right, but he's very good at this, and given his seed projection, the projection that Pitt was a 7 seed by the media (After the UNC game no less), I think we may be overthinking Pitt's bubble odds a bit.Even if that were true.... Gotta play for improved seeding.
Although I doubt that will be exactly how it plays out, I thought the NCAA committee avoided having possible second round match ups between conference opponents.10PM ET Thursday night update, scan down to the brackets--Pitt still at 7, playing VCU and winner plays most likely Miami, then the Hoopies could be the opponent in the Sweet 16. http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/bracketology
I thought it was in march this year.Passover doesn't happen till April.
Maybe, I'm not Jewish. If it is, maybe we need to put some lamb blood on the Pete, just in case.I thought it was in march this year.
Bracket matrix still had us as an 8 seed after the loss, but I'm wondering how many bracketologists updated their brackets in that time. We could very well be in without another win.
Let's just beat Georgia Tech and leave no doubt.
