I never used Ticketmaster before---I printed my tickets, which is one of the options--now, it says to bring the whole page to the event, which includes the ticket on the top portion---do I go to the turnstile or the ticket booth?

If you printed the ticket then you don't need to go to the ticket window.

Heinz Field will not accept the smart phone option - you must print them out.
