Time for a positive thread Pitt 42 tOSU 10

I was in the house that night, the place was all red and we kicked their butts.

Well... not sure if you are watching what he posted but at the 2 minute 50 second mark, they show the whole stadium... and barely any red. I was at the game as well, was really young, but dont remember any huge numbers of osu fans

edit... after watching more of the game... there is like a 90-10 split for Pitt fans, anyone saying anything different needs to get off the board

Neither do I.... But supposed conventional wisdoms always continue.... For the past I don't know how many years now PSU ND WVU and then OSU attendance = vastly overstated

There was a section that was all red and Primanti's was filled with Buckeye fans after the game. It was way more than 10%.

At the game also...can't remember a huge amount of red...the 95 game, different story.

Great Game - The one end zone was predominantly red, but Pitt had a lot of fans there.

I was there....our QB, Darnell Dickinson was terrific.
Since then, I don't think we've had as athletic a QB as he was. He could run, pass,
and had great instincts. Academic problems and he left for a year and returned
as a WR. Van Pelt had taken over by then. Walker ran wild that game on OSU's D.
This was the Gottfried era.We had talent everywhere then...a few years later and the slide started.

This is one of my favorite memories of a Pitt game. Beating the Bucks-never to be forgotten. Of course my Maize and Blue blood contributed to that happy memory.

I was there too and don't remember too many OSU fans either. I just remember a bunch of us walking down the hill thanking all the OSU fans for coming to their ass kicking.

I was at the 95 game, and that was the largest away crowd I have ever seen at a Pitt game.

My crowd perception must have been a little off that night, because we were in our regular seats and there seemed to be a ton of red around us.

My two main memories were the OSU fans being shocked at how good Darnell Dickerson was, and the drunken OSU fan behind me who kept railing on Buckeye WR Bobby Olive all night for some reason.

No clue what his stats were, but Dickerson was really, really good that night.

I CAN, I was there and I CAN, and Primanti's after the game was loaded with Buckeye fans, yes it was, there where a significant amount of them there.

The same raving band of negative ninnies. I appreciate the post! Wonder what happened to Adam Walker, dude was a heck of a running back for us.

Time for a Positive Attitude of Coaches & Players playing a complete consistent executable game all Game Long against Top 25 Coach & Team that has 5 years on Pitt!

I have no doubt Coach Narduzzi will and can do it, and I expect to see it tomorrow not on another day. Tough game to win at UNC but Pitt can do it!

Some of the Pitt fans on here are strange. If Pitt beat OSU 42-10 and your lasting image is OSU fans, then you are either not a Pitt fan or need some mental help.

Amazing how a thread started off as a positive suddenly rearranges itself into another public flogging over attendance....
LOL.............Yeah I love seeing how these few Posters can't accept that future... also have yet to see Big Attendance win games on the field it begins with Coaching teaching Players to win 10+ games every year over 5 and 10 years and that builds up a Fan Base! Pitt has it they just lack it by having blind eyes with mediocre minds!

I have gone to WVU, USC, and Penn State and they have been beaten by Baylor, TCU, NW, KSU, UCLA, MSU, and Stanford all programs with with far less attendance but their better coaching even with less talent beat those Programs lately without one fan helping them win?

Believe it or not, Penn State actually loses money on their 95,000 Attendance average per game based on how the Big Ten spreads its among its members. What is more significant these "PSU CDs-(Cult Dolts)" don't even know it?

Pitt has the right Chancellor with a Vision to support Great Coaches like Narduzzi and now has the ACC Income Money to make it happen.

Foresight never comes from the Naysayers, they come from Innovators and Pioneers with Visions and often mocked by the myopic Posters whose ignorance is only exceeded by their arrogance, thinking their opinions are deeds of doing something, but in realty are factual know nothings!

There is no sin in being stupid, the sin is staying stupid and only arrogance and ignorance keep one stupid!
