I hate psu as much as the next guy but don't mind giving some props where they're due. McSorley put on an impressive performance last night against a great defense and was deserving of mvp. I never thought I'd see the day James Franklin win the conference and finish 11-2.

With the resurgence of PITT under HCPN, our next three meetings against PSU should be prime time OOC match ups. College football is back in PA and it shouldn't matter if you're a PITT/PSU fan - this is great for our state and great for college football. H2P.

If I was Pitt's staff, I'd have a "highlight" video prepared of McSorley's "girly-man" post-play gestures waiting to be shown to Pitt's defense during Pitt's pre-game preparation for them.

He couldn't get planted any worse than he did in the first half by Wisconsin. They beat the crap out of him and he kept getting up and went on to beat them.

I find it funny McSorley is the one with all the success when everyone wouldn't shut up about Christian "Sidney Crosby" Hackenberg.

I watched him in their bowl game last year and had a feeling he'd be good. But this good? Didn't see that.

I have always hated there fans but not their players. Douches like mcsorley and gesicki make it easy to hate the players. Those antics are so ridiculous. Saquon barkley is the real deal but u dont ever see that level of bullshit from him.

8 Wins with two of them against the ACC and Big Ten champs is a successful season in my book. I am a PSU fan and would like the Pitt game to become an annual affair. I would also like both teams to be strong so the game garners more national interest.

At the end of the PSU/Pitt game you could see McSorley waiting for Conner to get done with an interview to congratulate him. He gained my respect then.

Thats a great point. He played well but his receivers deserve a lot of credit. Two of his touchdowns last night were long heaves that the receivers made a play on. Nothing special by mcsorley. At the same time...how the hell was wiscy's defense ranked high? Their corners had nothing on maddox and lewis. Horrible.
