If he changes his mind, better that he do it now than next February. That said, he has identified his relationship with Narduzzi as the reason for committing. If that's accurate, I expect him to stay with Pitt.

i think you need to move on and be a fan of a school where such stupidity is considered an asset.

To have a scholarship saved basically... Rules are set up like this so it's smart for a kid to verbal to his school to lock up a ship but shop around for better offers.. No lose situation really. Frustrating as all hell for us fans but can't blame a kid for playing the game..

Works both ways. Pitt will continue to recruit other CBs and Safeties. If they have another 2 or so verbal they can pull the ship for Butler.
