Jimmy agrees with those two....but Jimmy also has to throw Uncle Leo and Jack Klompus in there somewhere as Jimmy actually typed this on the keyboard upside down...Steinbrenner.....
and Jackie.
George’s dad hands down.attorney chiles
geez, you start listing them and it is damn hard to pick...Puddy
Peterman isn’t bad either.
Yes! he invented Festivus! This message board celebrates Festivus daily with the airing of grievances!George’s dad hands down.
Festivus for the rest of us.Yes! he invented Festivus! This message board celebrates Festivus daily with the airing of grievances!
I got a lot of problems with you people!Yes! he invented Festivus! This message board celebrates Festivus daily with the airing of grievances!
I think a better questions is which are the "worst recurring roles", as they might be easier to list....too many great regulars on that show.attorney chiles
Kenny Bania comes to mind...I think a better questions is which are the "worst recurring roles", as they might be easier to list....too many great regulars on that show.
My goodness it was right in front of our noses the whole time! How the Hell could we have missed it and something, for once, we can all agree on..........attorney chiles
Kathy Griffin, hands down. And she's a bitch in person. Goes to a restaurant for lunch in NY fairly often, always waits until she's finished eating, then complains until she gets her lunch comp'd (like she can't afford it.) That's not a rumor; heard it from a server there who I know extremely well.Kenny Bania comes to mind...
next up Seinfeld OT for tomorrow..."which pantherlair poster most reflects a crazy Joe Davolo persona here?"attorney chiles

Yep, George's dad. Unreal performance.
The library cop was brilliant as well but only appeared in 2 episodes.
Great idea for a Sitcom! You have all these crazy characters that interact on a message board and never meet each other in person and never know each other's real names. But as you watch the show, you can see them at their keyboard typing in their crazy stuff, but you see the reality on TV, the characters base their opinion of the other posters based only on what they say on the message board!next up Seinfeld OT for tomorrow..."which pantherlair poster most reflects a crazy Joe Davolo persona here?"
Can't believe nobody brought up the Soup Nazi, he was only in 2-3 episodes as well.Yep, George's dad. Unreal performance.

I think he was only in one episode (plus the finale?), so he's not really a recurring character. On the other hand, most of us have seen that episode so many times, it feels like he is a recurring character. Can't believe nobody brought up the Soup Nazi, he was only in 2-3 episodes as well.
"Or maybe that turns you on, bwh05.. Maybe that's how you get your kicks... You and your goodtime buddies... I've got a flash for you, joy boy. Partytime is over."“So the library cops name is Bookman?”
One of the great lines and deliveries of all time."Or maybe that turns you on, bwh05.. Maybe that's how you get your kicks... You and your goodtime buddies... I've got a flash for you, joy boy. Partytime is over."

obvious take on Joe Friday pulled off to perfection....next to Mel Torme singing to Kramer, this was favorite Seinfeld scene..I had to find this quote...
Yeah '71, that was my first year on the job. Bad year for libraries. Bad year for America. Hippies burning library cards, Abby Hoffman telling everybody to steal books. I don't judge a man by the length of his hair or the kind of music he listens to. Rock was never my bag. But you put on a pair of shoes when you walk into the New York Public Library, fella.
Bookman was tremendous
I thought he was in another one too? Who knows, there are so many.I think he was only in one episode (plus the finale?), so he's not really a recurring character. On the other hand, most of us have seen that episode so many times, it feels like he is a recurring character.
impossible to pick, the show was perfect in every way
How can it be perfect in every way if it was about nothing?
No problem, I was just airing grievancesit was about real life, that show put them in situations that everybody can relate to
and how is the show flawed if it is about nothing?
No problem, I was just airing grievances
But I haven't taken down my pole yet.festivus is not in april
What? Puke. Now that's a funny word.Kenny Bania comes to mind...
