He’s ranked 189 and a 3-star.Didn’t see Horton on that list !
Wonder how Mo ranked last yr ?
ThanksHe’s ranked 189 and a 3-star.
I just saw this site, so I’m not sure if it was around last year.
Horton 189. Oladapo 216. Payton 393. Collier 401.Didn’t see Horton on that list !

They already have that it’s called shooting % !Wow, this is a great site. Love using analytics to project out transfers. College basketball needs more math geeks to figure this stuff out. Eventually someone will figure out you should recruit guys who can actually make baskets.
The Pitt rankings seem pretty accurate. I see Ezeakudo is 516. Nelly Cummings at 12 and Neal Quinn at 15 make me think they'll have better options
I don't think that judging a kid's 3 point percentage on some AAU tournaments, where stats generally are not aggregated are a good measure. There should be a standardized drill with no defense that should be better be able to tell what level of a shooter he is. People will say, "but its easy to shoot with no defense." Have you seen the open looks to be had in college basketball? You arent playing Virginia or Houston every night? If you can shoot, you can shoot. They already have that it’s called shooting % !

Huh? I am talking about 3 point shootingThat's called Free Throw percentage.
You want guys who can do it when they turn the lights on !I don't think that judging a kid's 3 point percentage on some AAU tournaments, where stats generally are not aggregated are a good measure. I disagree. Shooters can shoot. If there was a standardized drill, I think that would tell you all you need to know about who can shoot and who can't. Game 3 point percentages in HS and AAU with some mom doing stats arent reliable. You want guys who can do it when they turn the lights on !
Stand on the driving range and watch guys strip ball after ball then they go out and shoot 80 , I want the guy who who shoots 68 . Pressure does funny things to a lot of guys .
This is the kind of player we need to land if Capel is going to start making headway.Curbelo is now available, what are we waiting for? 😜
Huh? I am talking about 3 point shooting
Absolutely! He must get this level of player. This is the kind of player we need to land if Capel is going to start making headway.
Good luck with that oneAbsolutely! He must get this level of player.
Ithiel is 216 now.Horton 189. Oladapo 216. Payton 393. Collier 401.
So then you’d want a 5’5” guy who can shoot the light out and beat anyone in a game of horse on your ACC team ?I disagree. Shooters can shoot. 5'5?So then you’d want a 5’5” guy who can shoot the light out and beat anyone in a game of horse on your ACC team ?
You need to be able to get your shot off under pressure , the game is too quick and the players are too tall for someone who can’t shot when there’s pressure applied .
Pitt just had a guy named Horton that was a pretty good shooter that couldn’t do squat when teams defended him tightly .
He shot 40% in game that’s different than being a great practice shooter .5'5?
6'1 or 6'2 at minimum. But if a kid is 6'5 like the Citadel kid, that kid needs to go big time. 6'5 and 40% from 3 should allow you to name your school
What I'm saying is a dude like that, if you put him through a standardized 3 point shooting test, he'd rank near the top of the country and would go P6 instead of The Citadel. To this day, P6 schools are not valuing shooters. He shot 40% in game that’s different than being a great practice shooter .
Collier has dropped to 449. It will be interesting to see where he lands.Horton 189. Oladapo 216. Payton 393. Collier 401.
think is from the philly area -- maybe LaSalle/St Joes somewhere like that would be a good fit for himCollier has dropped to 449. It will be interesting to see where he lands.
Too high a level. See Coulibaly.think is from the philly area -- maybe LaSalle/St Joes somewhere like that would be a good fit for him
Nelly. Seems to perfect a match not to happen. The amount of players entering the portal is crazy. Any guesses on who commits to Pitt first?
Nelly Cummings. Seems like a natural fit. He's local and Pitt needs a PG. He isn't a PG but I doubt Pitt can do better. The amount of players entering the portal is crazy. Any guesses on who commits to Pitt first?
For some it’s time to give up on your dreams and go to school and get an education! !It makes you wonder how many of these kids are going to be left out in the cold. It’s going to become a game of musical chairs at some point.
Odukale rated #118
Femi is betterSeems about right. While Cummings is current #33.
I think Cummings will be better for the team than Femi. 3 point shooting and foul shooting alone.Femi is better
