Transfers with old Pitt recruiting attempts

Are most of these guys transferring because they were not good enough for where they landed?

If that is the case, would wee better of concentrating on other transfers? Those transferring up?

Trying to go through the list and think of the guys in this category...Wahab was really good. Timberlake was good when he was healthy. Gantt wasn’t as good at Providence, but had a family member die when he was up there and it clearly affected him.

I have zero clue what the deal is at Georgetown but this Wahab transfer really shows what an absolute free for all this is. Playing time and production certainly aren’t an issue. He must have his eyes on or is hoping for a top program.
