Looking at the transfers we lost.
Deshields is starting for Texas AM
Hayes starting for Colorado
Okunolo starting for Colorado ( Dion called both pro’s )
Kamara is in the line backer rotation at S Carolina.
Jules is in the rotation at defensive tackle at S Carolina.
How much better would this Pitt defense be with all those guys on the roster??
Obviously we would be much better at defensive end. Not to mention our depth would be very good.
Heading into the future. Our NIL needs to be funded much much better. Whatever tactics needed to get that done. I bet Nards is not to happy behind the scenes. His whole philosophy is building a culture where a kid can grow by the time he is a junior or senior.
When you recruit like we do. You cannot lose your better and more experienced players.
When it comes to this year’s prediction. I am usually optimistic with my pre season picks over the years. Unfortunately, this year. I see our best case scenario at 6 wins. Everything will have to go our way to get to that win total.
