The Clemson game on Saturday is on the RSNs. The game starts at 12:00. The Penguins rescheduled game against the Flyers on Saturday starts at 1:00. The upshot of that is that for those of you living in Pittsburgh you don't just need to have AT&T Pittsburgh to see the game, you need to get the AT&T Pittsburgh overflow channel, because that is where the Pitt game is going to be.

So will the game not be blacked out on ACCNX Saturday?

Yes, it will still be blacked out on the ESPN app. However, as I have stated 100 times, if you turn the wifi off on your phone, you can watch it on the ESPN app as they dont black it out then. I have done this for every ATTSN game this year since YTTV doesnt have that channel

If you receive ATTSN through your provider, you can also watch on the ATTSN app. The game is listed Saturday along with the Pens game. I have watched a couple Pitt games this way.

does anyone else have problems casting the ATTSN app to their TV via chromecast?

I'll have to give this a try. I have YTTV and have missed a number of games because of this this year.

There was one of these games I couldn't get (I have Sling) and I watched the live feed via the YouTube app (just plain YouTube, not YouTube TV) on my Roku. Quality wasn't the best but I it wasn't bad.

Greensburg Comcast 1258

The best part about cord cutting is that I can find a cheap streaming option like Sling to watch the NFL and Pitt sports and then cancel it for the months in between (April-September). It's not perfect but it saves a ton of money.
Best part of not cutting. Wasting time trying to find how to watch games. And all the other problems that everyone seems to have.

Direct TV and Comcast internet. Doesn’t get any better and easier

Who, me? I have never missed a Pitt sporting event in any sport because I couldn't watch the game. I was simply trying to tell the people who may not have access to AT&T's extra channel that they needed to know that's where the game was.

You know, for the exact same reason why Pitt sent out an email to their mailing list about it today and why they have a story about it on their website.

The balkanization of the channels and watching these games is insane. We have a 20 post thread every game. It says it's on ACCNX . When I click on the game under the ACCNX tab in Sling, nothing comes up. At this point in the season we know the tricks and workarounds and alternatives, but it would be nice if it just worked. They talked up the ACCN and everyone was excited, but the the way the game rights have worked out it's an annoying mess.

I know we've beaten this horse to death 3 times and then within an inch of its life for good measure. But it really is a dumb system.

I don't want to sound like an idiot because your directions are very straight forward but do you also have to turn your location off for this to work?

The biggest problem is that ESPN did not buy back the Fox Sports South/RSN package. And really, Im surprised ESPN was able to get ACCN on everywhere considering they dont have access to so many games. That was 1 prediction I got wrong. I correctly said they'd buy back the Raycom package but also said they'd buy back the RSN package
