Pretty much any sporting event is available free from streaming websites like sportsurge and cracksteams. I use them for UFC all the time. They cover all major sports. You can search on those names, or go to a somewhat non biased search engine like duckduckgo.com, and type in "college basketball free streams" and you'll find some links to good streaming sites.

You have to click off multiple pop up ads, but they're safe sites with no viruses, etc. Once you get the stream going, if you have a good connection they're often fine. Sometimes they'll freeze up on you and you have to refresh. But free is free.

Yes. I have Comcast. Not everybody does. For anyone who doesn't, I explained the easiest and cheapest way to watch almost any sporting event.
