Does anyone know for 100% certain, is the game on channel 4 today? The channel guide says it is, but I'm still worried I'll go to turn it on and it'll be on that dumb thisTV channel that I don't get.

As it always does for the syndicated games, the ACC web site has a complete list of every station that is carrying the game. There is usually a link to that list on the Pitt web site. When in doubt, check there.
