TV Tonight??

So another game of on my laptop, waiting for the streaming footage to freeze over and over. Great.
I have noticed differences in the broadcast depending on which browser you are using. Using IE, you can get a lot of "herky-jerky" video, when I watched using Firefox Quantum, the video was crystal clear and smooth.

I have 2 smart TVs that I gave up trying to watch games from because it would freeze all the time. So I’d usually watch from my laptop with an external monitor or hooked into the TV and usually never had problems with it freezing.

But this year I don’t even bother to do that. I just watch from my phone. Yeah, smaller picture but it is always crystal clear and never freezes.

I struggle to watch it on my phone for too long. I have a regular iPhone, maybe with a Plus sized one it wouldn't be too bad IDk.

Get the firestick and download the espn app! No freezing or streaming issues that I’ve noticed and I watch almost every ESPN 3 game Pitt has.

Never had a lag problem with ESPN app on my Roku either. This is basically how we'll all watch TV someday, paying ala carte.

I have an app on my TV that will show whatever is on my phone screen on the TV screen. I just put ESPN3 on my phone and watch the TV. The picture quality isn't great but I like it better than watching on the computer.

I have a previous generation Apple TV in my basement, and my router is upstairs in my office. I have no issues watching as though it was on regular tv.

Me too. Got the Apple TV device free from Newegg several years ago when I bought another electronic product from them.

Plays ESPN3 right on the big screen HDTV in my rec room home theater. Picture as good as any linear channel. You're right, same as watching on regular TV.

How do you get an app on your tv?

I give up. What is a roku?
Sorry,It's a video streaming device you hook up to your tv that works with your computers modem/router.They are small and don't take up much space.(small black box)

Yep. Apple TV is another device similar to Roku. The newer smart TV's come with apps already installed. But for someone that doesn't have a smart TV, the Roku or Apple TV devices will get the job done.

I have Comcast. Last year the games came in crystal clear on my IPhone but jerky jerky on my TV, which my internet is connected to. This year both are great.

Has the game started yet? I just turned it on and it says it will begin momentarily. Did the A&M/oSu game run late?
