Sdsu had all the opportunities in the world to make that interesting. But their offense couldn't create anything easy. No go to players. Turn overs, missing foul shots.
Got to give it to Uconn for totally dominating the tournament. Their Average margin of victory was ridiculous

UConn was just too good on both ends of the floor. When the Aztecs made their runs UConn hit two huge threes. Sometimes a team with talent gets on a roll and it’s just their time. While not a Ucon or Hurley fan you have to tip your hat to them. They clearly were one of the deepest and most talented teams and by far we’re playing the best basketball in March Impressive run

SDST just couldn’t make the shots when they. Needed them like they did earlier in the tourney. Gotta give a lot of credit to UConn who really didn’t give up many easy shots and made two huge threes to stop two of the runs

I remember back in the early 2000s in our Big East days, we actually thought we were on the same level as UCONN. They already had one national championship. Now four more championships later, I just say man we were really delusional.
