If I didn't know any better, I'd think that someone had some money on that game. What a crazy ending, especially given the spread was Stanford -2.5. How come UNC couldn't drop that many passes against us in the last two minutes??

And the drops didn't hurt them a bit. They got their TD. Too bad they can't block.
Yeah, right? It looked more like Stanford was trying to hand that one over. Not scoring a TD from 1st and goal from the 1/2 yard line with under 4 to go to put it away? Running OB on 3rd down up 8 with under 2 to play and saving UNC a time out? UNC could have scored like 4 different times on that last drive if they had caught them all.
It would have only taken ONE of those drops against Pitt for us to hold-on.
If I wasn't a Pitt fan knowing Carolina beats Pitt every time, I'd say they are mostly a bloated marshmallow for all the talent and resources they have that rarely beats anyone of merit. Kind of like those schiano rutgers teams.

JOHN FERRANTO A BIG 320 POUND PLUS TACKLE OUT FOR THE SEASON AFTER A MID-SEASON INJURY AND OTHERS, NOTABLY, MACK HOLLINS A REAL SPEEDSTER @ WIDEOUT & ELIJAH HOOD OUR POWER RUNNER WHO COULD BUST THEM LONG TOO. THE LATTER TWO WERE TREMENDOUS OFFENSIVE PERFORMERS, WHO WE MISSED TREMENDOUSLY. OF COURSE STANFORD DIDN'T HAVE McCAFFERY AND THAT COULD HAVE MADE THEM BETTER TOO. HOWEVER I FEEL LIKE YOU GUYS SOMETIMES, WE JUST CAN'T SEEM TO WIN THE BIG OUT OF CONFERENCE MATCH-UPS. GO FIGURE. WE ARE SNAKE BIT...A BIT LIKE YOU GUYS WHO I FELT WAS IN THE TOP 3 IN THE ACC.
