Sheesh, these players sure do adore the white pants. Wore a ton last season as well. I'd hoped they'd just go with the classic look initially... So, the same but the gold pants.
They probably won't wanna do white pants vs white pants. So that leaves gold pants or blue pants. I think they wanna go blue helmets, so that imo cements in the all blue uniform since a blue jersey/gold pants or visa versa would look stupid.
Honestly, don't have a clue what they're going to wear next week. I'd expect all blue. But, wouldn't be shocked to see the basic look of gold helmet, blue jersey and gold pants. Or, blue helmet, blue jersey and gold pants. I don't expect to see white pants next week regardless.

I agree. Would be far better if each said PITTSBURGH like MIAMI does for the Canes and Dophins.
I'm with you. I'd ditch 'em. But, is what it is I guess? I'd trade the white pants for stripes on the blue and the gold pants in a heartbeat.
What they need to do is put up a lot more signage in and around the stadium the way they did for the Winter Classic. That way it'd feel a little bit more like ours.
The blue jerseys/white pants combo is VERY Penn State looking, IMO. I hate them.
It's taken 15 years or so to finally get some sort of decent Pitt logo at midfield.Better late than never....Now maybe Pittsburgh in both endzones?? Maybe another 15? Lets hope not....
