I agree. It was a great look no matter home or away.I have to admit I am kinda liking this combination
Blue pants are growing on me.. Still not a fan of the blue on blue.. But with white tops, I dig them. I was a proponent of all white, mainly because I remember them playing well at Rutgers on a Friday night in all whites, but im over that look....
The script is so much better on the helmets than block pitt or dinocat... I mean, we really had some mentally handicapped people running the show before.

That combo is really ugly. Should be out forever. Even worse is the gold over blue or white.

There should only be two uniform combos outside of the one throwback game Pitt will supposedly have each year. Home should be navy jerseys and gold pants. Away should be white jerseys and blue pants. That's it. Not blue/blue or white/white or, heaven forbid, gold/gold. Pitt needs to establish their look. That means being consistent in a college football world where many teams are attempting to change their look from game to game.
I think the white shirts are an advantage on offense in helping the QB spot his receivers down the field - especially secondary receivers... Course, on the other side of that, white-shirted defenders also stick out and can't lurk or "appear out of nowhere" very well...There should only be two uniform combos outside of the one throwback game Pitt will supposedly have each year. I love the blue pants/white top combo for away games. The all blue will look much better next year when we have a blue alternate helmet to go with it & Id like to see it for only a special home game or 2/year & use blue top/gold pants for most home games.

You mean gold top with blue pants? I think it looks pretty good. Though the traditional blue top gold pants are better.
All gold is still the worst. All blue isn't great, but tolerable, at least with gold helmets.
White tops and blue pants are probably the best road unis, though I personally don't care for the gold stripe.

Never liked seeing highlights from a player in a game they lost.
Pitt hockey got new unis this year. They are the same color scheme as the flags flying outside the football facility. Look for this color scheme on all Pitt sports going forward.
I like the blue/gold, white/blue, and even all gold. For some reason our all blue just doesn't mesh well, it looks pretty bad. Narduzzi said they already have new unis picked out for next year though, interested to see what those will look like.
Brighter blue and yellow. You can find colors @pittd1hockey on Twitter. I'm not computer savvy enough to copy and paste to here.

There is a pic of Curtis Martin floating around wearing those colors. The color scheme is gonna be very similar.
I believe this this is true and I also remember hearing it mentioned when they said there will be new football unis in 2016 that the colors themselves really aren't going to change much.
The white tops should have blue numbers and letters not black, I didn't like the all white unis especially with the black letters and numbers. Or they could be like Oregon and have a different wild uniform every week
