The two big position moves - James Folston to DE and Brian O'Neill to OT - have corresponding weight changes. O'Neill told me he has gone from 260 to 291 pounds since moving (basically about a month or so) and Folston said he has added 18 pounds and now weighs 240 pounds, which is where the staff wants him to be at DE.
