I like Duzz. He has built the culture around the team to be like a family. These guys play for each other. I love that.

I really like the way he reacted last night. One of my favorite players is SirVocey Dennis. He is a very smart player and seems very humble. Great win only two more. Hail to Pitt

He didn't lose the team after two tough losses. I think that says a lot. He is growing and learning as a coach. I think a lot of winning will follow.

Culture changes quickly with bad times, but these guys and team seem intent on team and not me
