Even though the tea leaves suggested it was not going to be Dan Fisher, let's all collectively exhale!

From a women's national team perspective, I don't think this is a great hire. Is it really wise to hire a person with no head coaching experience? Almost have to wonder if anyone actually wanted the job.

This (not being Fisher) was always the likely outcome, but it’s nice to have confirmation.

ADAG has one job when it comes to volleyball: Keep Dan Fisher at Pitt. The program is basically on autopilot as long as he’s the coach. His current contract runs through 2027, so I’m hoping we’ll start hearing about an extension in the near future.
