Utah vs USC

Addison with a dominant 3 catches for 13 yards. I just peeked at his season numbers and he has half the catches and half the yards that he had last season. Very sorry to see this.

I say it every year, but no one is better in these type games than Kyle Whittingham. Guy is maybe the most underrated coach in the country, when he has even close to equal talent in any given year is extremely hard to beat. I have a lot of respect for Lincoln Riley but Whittingham is one of those guys that can beat you with his players and can beat you with yours as well.

Absolutely! One of the best in the business.

Just a hell of a gutsy drive there with their season pretty much on the line. Would not be surprised to see this come down to the final possession just like last time.

NFL teams are going to lose on purpose to move up in the draft for Caleb Williams next year.

USC’s tackling is absolutely pitiful. It might be the worse I’ve see all year…

Still think USC would put up some points against Georgia, but their defense would make Stetson Bennett look almost godlike.

This is amazing. USCs defense looks like Miami from last week. Get bent Riley you nutless prick

USC should be embarrassed. I have never seen a college team look this pathetic. Guys are running around blocks and avoiding tackling.

Was it worth it for Jordan Addison? He'll wind up being a 1st or 2nd round pick, so no harm done, but no one at USC will remember him in 10 years. He gave up being a legend at Pitt to have an average season and opt out of the Cotton Bowl. He probably doesn't care.

I would say it was, made millions and played tonight for a shot to compete for a national championship. Draft status unchanged.

I wish he would’ve stayed at Pitt as much as anyone but in the end he made the right move both competitively and monetarily.

To play devil’s advocate, if you take him off their roster and place him on our roster, then I’d say we are ranked in the Top 15 and playing for the ACC title tomorrow. USC would have fewer wins and be ranked behind us. Our defense is a lot better than USC.

Utah just beat USC to a pulp.

Utah is physical. The SEC as a whole is physical. They define physical.

Pitt plays very physical in comparison to all others, but does not come close to Utah or the SEC.

You may be correct, but it really remains to be seen down the road. The money he got from USC will be a chump change compared to what he gets in the NFL.

His legacy at Pitt is tarnished. He won’t be welcomed back, especially as long as the influential alumni is still around.

His stats are lower than they were last year. No championship, no awards…. Nothing….

Lincoln Riley f’ed up in the 1st half. He had a 17-3 lead and control of the game but got greedy going for a 4th and long around the 45. Utah has scored 21 straight points since. Go Utes!
Thank you for posting this. I didn’t realize this game was on tonight, and caught the 3rd quarter on.

I’m glad USC was manhandled.
