Carter had some nice plays against a d2 school but he is not a d1 RB .
When he runs , he either stops before getting hit or jumps .
Cam Bright with his very late hit OFB almost lost the game for Pitt if it wasnt for Mack with another clutch catch.

Delaware isn't Div 2, they are FCS (the old Div 1-AA).

same difference, still mad I had to watch this game late .
People pay for ACC Network and the game is still on root...

Cam Bright has been playing his azz off. His speed has been a major factor why secondary receivers aren't open.

He has also been stuffing the holes on short yardage situations, as he did.when UCF failed to get a first down.

Look at the total picture, not just at one or two mistakes...

If you look at the replay, he was slowing down and really just brushed up against him. QB flopped. Just like he did in that "hit to the head" when he dove head first and shocker... got hit in the head. Sheesh...

One thing I loved about watching Pitt in the late 70's/early 80's... they were notorious for late hits out of bounds. Difference was... they took boys heads off. If you're gonna hit late - make sure its a KO and the QB is walking back to the huddle in a fog wondering how a tractor trailer got on the field and ran him over.

Absolutely

Bright makes a difference (mostly positive) when he's in there.
Carter can be a good 3rd down guy I think.

It's not the same. They get scholarships and have a lot of good players. You see teams at this level beat D1 teams a lot.

Delaware was well-coached on flopping ! the punter, for example, never touched. there should be a penalty for flopping, which is obvious on instant replay.

Agree, there should be a penalty for egregious flopping. I didn't think yesterday's examples were too bad but it certainly looked like acting. Especially in the late slide where the QB was hit in the chest and then rolled around feigning a head shot. Defender clearly avoided a devastating hit there and was rewarded by a punk acting job.

Bright has been very good. His speed to the edge has negated the outside run and swing pass game for opponents. OP has questionable judgement

I agree that with the penalty being ejection for some fouls, players who dive should be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct. You don’t want to encourage diving in football.

Bright and Campbell are both playing really good for the most part.

As far as running the ball out of the backfield Carter has not be impressive. But I really like the play call where he lined up at RB and ran down the middle of the field blowing by the D for the big catch. He can be a mismatch if a team tries to have a LB cover him.

Lol at you for caring that much of me saying he almost lost the game with a late hit last week.
You must be really bored.
