Very big match for Nebraska to cement their stake to win the B1G conference......Penn State sits at #2 and Wisconsin #3. Pitt has a very slight edge in the KPI ratings .785 as #1 to Nebraska .779 as #2 as of this morning. Pitt's task is very simple....win tomorrow at NC State....at Louisville on the night before Thanksgiving and next Saturday at home in the Fitz versus GT. Do that and it doesn't matter what Nebraska does....Pitt will be the #1 seed in the tournament.....but it would be so very sweet if Wisconsin somehow upsets Nebraska tonight!
Just my opinion…..but 1 more Nebraska loss will eliminate Nebraska as a #1 seed as long as we win from here on out. That’s why I would like a Wisconsin win tonight.

Wisconsin is just giving away points at the service line … honestly think Pitt beats both of these teams.
Nebraska’s defense is stupid good. We’ll have to be on our A game to beat them because they don’t give much of anything away
Nebraska's defense.....quick feet, sure hands, and incredible anticipation of where the ball is going.....they seem to always keep the ball in play.....and they don't beat themselves with mistakes. I was especially impressed with Harper Murray who had 20 receptions and 7 digs. Many of Wisconsin's balls returned looked terribly slow and easy to return.
Here's an interesting stat. Over three sets....Nebraska won by a total of 15 points to take the match. Over those 3 sets.....Wisconsin had 11 service errors and 4 blocking errors which gave Nebraska 15 points. Nebraska's stat was 4 service errors and 1 blocking error. Wisconsin also hit a miserable .169. Wisconsin did not bring their A game tonight.....I'm confident Pitt will.
Interesting. In last year’s final, Texas served Murray relentlessly and she made a ton of receive errors.

That was my takeaway as well. Their passing is really good, and they seem to keep everything off the floor. Their libero is one if the best, if not THE best in the country. Pitt needs to keep taking care of business. They have 3 tough matches this week to end the acc season. Let's hope they get it done. H2P
My sense, is that Fish wants the D to be close to as good as Nebraska and Louisville. He wants the serve to be better. He already has a better offense. This team needs to be hyperfocused. We will get to see that this week, if they are.
Unpopular opinion but I think Nebraska is going to hammer PSU. PSU keeps dropping sets to teams they should sweep.
Nebraska will be favored....no question. I've watched both teams the last couple of weeks and Nebraska is clearly superior. I'm going to still stand by my opinion that a Pitt win over Louisville and GT will secure the #1 seed irrespective of the Penn State - Nebraska outcome. It is pissing me off that Nebraska is getting way too much love from the media, etc......but like Dan Fisher says.....the ACC is going to be 2nd fiddle until a team from the ACC wins a NT.
It would have been nice if Louisville hadn't lost to PSU earlier in the season too. I'd love to see Pitt sweet Louisville, but in reality, I'll be thrilled with any type of win. H2P
