VB - Stanford & Louisville

I really don’t want to have to play Louisville a third time this season, especially since it would be in Louisville, but it seem we can’t avoid them.

With PSU winning and them losing to Stanford, they probably drop to #4 and we get them in the semis.

I don’t know if they will drop to #5 with two straight losses. I can’t see the committee ranking Creighton #4, and it’s probably too much of a stretch to move Stanford up two spots.

Especially since Louisville beat Stanford the first time they played.

1) Pitt
2) Nebraska
3) nitters
4) Louisville
5) Stanford
6) Creighton

Really not what I wanted. I wanted the Nitters in the semi and a Nebraska/Louisville winner in the final.

With how this week shook out, I think there is basically no chance we get that now.
It will be OK. I actually prefer to see a final with 2 teams from different conferences which is now pretty much guaranteed.....and I hope that it is Pitt and Nebraska. Every volleyball fan in America would love that to happen. We're in store for some exciting matches and Pitt will host games through the Elite 8. Men's soccer and women's volleyball will be something special in December.

That is logical
Still wouldn’t be surprised see Nebraska 1
We’ve seen plenty strange stuff in the past with basketball… I heard the committee is consulting with bob bowlsby on this
