For a Pitt team that almost always throws a 3 - 0 shutout....this is an easy win on paper. The Deacons are 13 - 14 for the season. They score under 16 points/set (Pitt is about 19 pts/set). In terms of give back points from errors....Wake Forest is not good at all...about 10 pts/set....while Pitt is a bit over 6 pts/set which is among the best in the country. This is probably the last chance Fish may want to and be able to rest his starters. Let's see what he does.

The announcer just said that they only have 1 camera available for this volleyball match because Wake Forest is also hosting the Soccer Playoffs and all the remaining cameras are allocated to that event.

My daughter texted me earlier and asked if someone was using their iPhone to broadcast this match. 🤣

WF…..11 errors in the 1st set….Pitt pulls it out after they were tied at 16.

I'm sure Fish will have a combination of good and critical comments in his post game comments. VVG was most consistent player, along with TS. Babcock's 4 straight aces were pretty special. The announcer kept getting Cat mixed up with Emmy. A win is a win is a win. Always enjoy a sweep. Great TV day for this retired Pitt guy. Watched the BB team win @ Greenbriar and the VB team @ Winston-Salem. Hope the FB team can end the losing streak tomorrow
