A coach who takes two teams to the Final Four from a school with no volleyball tradition is always going to be in great demand. With UCLA and USC joining the Big Ten in 2024, both with great volleyball traditions but both having fallen down the pecking order in the PAC12, I can see either or both offering him. He recruits California a lot anyway.

It’s going to be hard to keep him every year but I hope we can. Hopefully, he has great pride in having taken a program from an afterthought to a national power and wants to stay with it.
