Agree on Pelusi. As for Narduzzi, I would think most major D1 coaches wont be at their current job 5 years from now. That's how this business work. Our new AD probably wont be either.

they need a bigger committee. Maybe if they expand the committee to say, 50-60, there will actually be someone on the committee who understand what an AD is supposed to do. In the last half century these committee selections have yielded Bozik, Jaynes, Petersen twice and Barnes....yea, this committee approach has worked splendidly.

If the AD title keeps narduzzi here for life, give it to him. He sells Pitt athletics more than anyone else has here in decades. I don't think they'll even consider that this early in his coaching career, but they need to worry about what will keep him here more than anything else.

Exactly what I mean. Who else in the university could even think of anything to remotely get anyone excited about Pitt hoops right now? That's what your ad or basketball coach should be doing. Obviously he's not gonna coach football and basketball so....
