Votes in polls?

With a few of the top 25 lower tier losing Saturday, Pitt may get some votes in the polls. With #25 Memphis (2nd loss), #21 Temple (2nd loss), #20 Miss St (4th loss), #18 UCLA (3rd loss) all expected to drop or drop out of the top 25, there will be room for others to move up. Pitt with 3 losses, may garner some votes, probably not enough to be ranked, but at least put in a position to be ranked later with wins in the last two games.

Keep winning and we will end up in Top 25 to end season. Maybe sooner but the Pitt name brand needs to be more consistent to get the voter's benefit of the doubt in polls. I agree we are #30 on Sagarin and losses are all to Top 15 teams.

Fun to be a Pitt fan again.

At least one, as a Louisiana voter (Yahoo link) placed Pitt at #23

Pitt got 14 points in the coaches poll. That puts us 34th, just behind Temple.
