I am in the Peterman for QB camp make him the full time starter, he simply runs this offense better.
With that said Voytik should not get discouraged I think he is a phenomenal athlete and can still be a HUGE asset to this offense especially with the lack of a true #2 option at WR.
So here it is make Voytik a TE/RB Hybrid come up with some gadget plays, toss it to him on a double pass option, motion him into QB draw options, line him up in the backfield with Peterman make the defense think. You have two weeks of practice to implement these plays now is the perfect time to step back and make sure you are utilizing your tools.
