I believe that Pitt should officially make this the football team tag line. What a shit show. I'm sure that it's all the fault of the fans.
A few game observations:
1. Ill prepared and completely non-focused effort.
2. Pickett has played worse games but he continues to make critical mistakes that cost us big time. I read a thread earlier this week that claimed that we're going to be improved next year because Pickett is going to pick up his game. Nonsense. Pickett is what he is.
3. Our O line flat out stunk. No holes and they gave up 4 sacks to a crappy BC defense.
4. Our receivers had yet another inconsistent game. Way too many drops.
5. Turnovers and penalties go hand in hand with lack of focus and poor coaching.
This program is stuck in neutral. Can't go forward and too chicken shit to make a move that might go backwards.
Those of us who have watched for 30 years are not surprised in the least. Can't wait for next year for the redux.
