Nigeria doesn't need a full-time coach as we think of it. They probably mean he will be "full-time" during their international windows.

That article is kind of unclear, but Randy Waldrum is still Pitt's coach and he's not leaving that position.

Yes I would assume that their expectation is that Waldrum is full-time during the FIFA windows. Some of those do land in the fall, so who knows...
